Delete your Roadmapper account

Effective date: 18 October 2026

You can delete your Roadmapper account (by Cognix) at any time, from the Android app or on the web. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

1. In the app or on the web

1. Open the Roadmapper Android app, or sign in at app.roadmapper.space.
2. Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

2. If you can’t sign in

Email cognix@roadmapper.space from the address on your account (or tell us the phone number you signed in with) and ask us to delete it. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your account: email, name, photo, phone number and sign-in.
• Roadmaps, lessons, progress, streaks and goals.
• Uploaded documents, their extracted text and their search index.
• Résumés, cover letters, the job application tracker and mock interviews.
• Notes, quizzes, flashcards, practice answers and chat with the AI tutor.
• What the AI tutor remembers about you, your plan and your credits.
• Calendar connections and notification settings.

4. What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (amount, date, order number), without your name or email, for as long as tax law requires.
• Credit usage rows (amounts and the kind of AI action), with no link to you, for our cost accounting.
• A one-way fingerprint of your email, with how many free uses and whether the free trial were already taken, so a new account under the same email doesn’t restart the free tier. It cannot be turned back into your email.
• Encrypted backups age out within 90 days of deletion.

Remaining plan time and credits are lost when the account is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for everything else.

Subscribed through Google Play?Deleting your account does not cancel it — Google keeps billing until you cancel. Cancel it first in the Google Play Store (your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
